Postage
All UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping costs. I’m unable to cover these charges or advise on the fees applicable in your country.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unworn piece within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please get in touch before sending anything back to arrange your return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Customs are not eligible for change of mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Ring sizing
Finding your accurate ring size ensures a comfortable and secure fit. If you're unable to get professionally sized at a jeweller, we suggest purchasing a ring sizer online.
Caring for your jewellery
Over time, silver can become dull or tarnished due to exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, and other elements.
Cleaning:

Make a solution of warm water and mild soap. Dip a soft cloth in the solution and gently wipe down your jewellery. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth

For tarnished silver, use a silver polishing cloth or silver dip solution specifically designed for cleaning tarnished silver
Storage:

Storing your silver jewellery in an air-tight container will prevent exposure to air and moisture that causes tarnishing
Wear:

The oils from your skin can help prevent tarnish, so wear your silver jewellery often

Remove silver jewellery before showering, swimming, or doing activities that cause you to sweat heavily as moisture can lead to tarnishing

Put your silver jewellery on last after applying any lotions, cosmetics, or hairspray
